Jaclyn Little, BCBA

Jaclyn Little is a passionate, ambitious, and driven certified teacher and board certified behavior analyst. Jaclyn has over 15 years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, starting her career as a special education teacher before transferring to her current role as a district behavior specialist in public schools.  Throughout her tenure, she has worked in preschools, elementary schools, and middle schools. Jaclyn has experience working with individual clients both in home and within the educational setting, training parents and school  staff, and mentoring aspiring behavior analysts. The primary focus of Jaclyn’s services has been to assess and develop interventions to increase functional skills, social skills, and/or communication skills, as well as reduction in severe problem behaviors. The interventions applied are scientifically proven evidence-based practices that are practical and functional for both the child and family support system that improve the learner’s experiences in every facet of his/her life.

Philip Strobel, BCBA

Philip Strobel is a graduate of Georgian Court University, with a B.A. in Psychology, as well as a graduate of Monmouth University, receiving his Masters of Education, with a focus on Autism and Applied Behavior Analysis. He received his licensure within the Behavior Analysis Certification Board and is a practicing Board Certified Behavior Analyst as well as Clinical Supervisor for the Friends Grow Friends Foundation 501(c)3, where he oversees all operations, programming, sessions, and collaboration with other professionals. While at Monmouth University, Philip was the active student representative for his program on NJABA’s Student Committee. He is a co-author of EPPIC (a social and emotional learning (SEL) curriculum for Esports). Philip’s hobbies include disc golf, video games, being in his garden or anywhere outdoors, and spending time with his wife, dogs, and family.
